TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to all of the listed terms of service:

PAYMENT

PAYPAL OR CASHAPPPayment can be made upfront or after approval of the sketch, but not after the piece is completed

REFUNDS

Full refunds are ONLY available during the sketch phase of the commission. If a refund is requested, the client forfeits the sketch and it will be edited for my future workPartial refunds may be discussed for pieces with further progress. Generally, this warrants a 50% refund during the lineart phase and a 25% refund for the color phase, depending on commission type. In these cases, the client will get to keep the work as it isNo refunds are available after the piece is completed

TURNAROUND TIME

Generally, my turnaround time hovers around a week. I communicate often and will let you know promptly if there are any delays.

HARASSMENT

Harassment from clients will NOT be tolerated. Examples of what falls into this category are listed below:● Bargaining: Unless I personally state otherwise, my prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please do not beg or harass me for price drops; if you do not agree with my rates, do not commission me.● Rude Behavior: Purposely making insulting remarks about me or my work is unacceptable. If there is an issue you would like fixed in your commission, please let me know during each stage and I will be more than happy to fix it. Resorting to continuous ill-mannered comments may result in being blacklisted.● Perverse Comments: Please do not make sexual advances towards me. I work as a professional business and am not here to engage in flirting or building a romantic relationship

• Any body type
• Complex designs
• Blood and Gore (any variant)
• Most anything not listed below

I WILL NOT DRAW:• NSFW
• Highly suggestive themes
• Offensive/discriminatory themes (racism, homophobia, transphobia, harmful paraphilias)
